Everything You Need To Know
We know that attending a wedding—especially one as unique as ours—can come with a few questions. We’ve created this page to provide helpful information, answer some of the most common questions, and make sure you feel prepared for the celebration ahead.
Our goal is for you to simply arrive, relax, and enjoy every moment of the experience with us. If there’s anything we haven’t covered, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We look forward to celebrating with you!
🎭 Are masks required?
Yes. Masks are an essential part of our ceremony experience and help bring our vision to life. If you do not have a mask, don’t worry—we will have one waiting for you upon arrival.
👔 What is the dress code?
Our wedding is a Black Tie Masquerade Gala.
Gentlemen: Tuxedo or formal dark suit with a tie and jacket required.
Ladies: Floor-length or formal evening gown.
Our wedding colors are black and gold, but guests are welcome to wear any elegant formal colors that complement the occasion
🕒 What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 30–45 minutes before the ceremony begins. This allows plenty of time for parking, check-in, receiving your mask (if needed), and finding your seat before the ceremony begins.
We’ll also have a red carpet and photo opportunity before the ceremony, so we encourage everyone to arrive early enough to enjoy the experience and have their photo taken before the festivities begin.
Please note: Once the ceremony begins, late entry will not be permitted into the area thee ceremony is happening in. You will have access to the building but the not doors to ceremony will be locked.
👶 Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration unless your child has been specifically included on your invitation.
➕ Can I bring a guest?
Unless we have personally spoken with you and made other arrangements, each invitation is for the invited guest and one guest only.
If you are unsure whether this applies to you, please feel free to contact us before making arrangements.
✅ Do I have to RSVP?
An RSVP is required for every guest attending.
To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, only guests who have RSVP’d and whose names appear on our guest list will be admitted.
We appreciate your understanding as we have carefully planned every detail of our celebration
🍸 Will alcohol be served?
Yes!
We’ll have an open bar available during both Cocktail Hour and the Reception.
Please celebrate responsibly and consider arranging transportation if needed.
🏨 When should I reserve my hotel?
Our hotel room block is available until September 1, 2026.
After that date, discounted rates and room availability cannot be guaranteed, so we encourage you to book as early as possible.
🦉 What does an immersive wedding mean?
Rather than simply attending a ceremony, you’ll become part of an experience.
From the moment you arrive, every detail—including the venue, music, lighting, attire, and masks—has been thoughtfully designed to create an unforgettable evening.
Our goal is to transport you into a world of elegance, mystery, and celebration, where every guest plays a part in the story.
👨👩👧 What should immediate family wear?
Immediate family members are welcome to wear any attire that follows our Black Tie dress code.
However, if you would like to be included in our formal family portraits, we ask that the following color palette be observed:
Gentlemen: Black tuxedo
Jonathan’s Family (Ladies): All black
Jeff’s Family (Ladies): All gold
Coordinating colors will help create the timeless family portraits we have envisioned.
📍 Is the ceremony indoors?
Yes.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors at the Millennium Center.
👠 Will I be walking a lot?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all take place within the Millennium Center. While there will be some walking between spaces, everything is conveniently located within the venue.
❓Can I remove my mask?
Yes. Masks are required during the ceremony to preserve the experience we’ve created. Once the ceremony concludes, guests are welcome to remove their masks and enjoy the rest of the evening as they wish. But we encourage you to keep them for great photo opportunities.
🎁 Are you registered?
Yes!
Our wedding registry can be found right here on our website. Simply visit the Registry page for more information.
🎬 Why are we asking guests to arrive early?
We have thoughtfully planned an immersive ceremony experience that begins before the processional. Arriving early will give you time to enjoy the red carpet, settle into the atmosphere, and be fully present as the evening unfolds from the very beginning
Still have a question?
If there’s anything we haven’t covered, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help and want everyone to feel prepared for an unforgettable evening
